富勒烯功能化的球形纳米介孔SiO2及其在光动力疗法中的应用

摘要:本文以CaCO3为模板制备了球形纳米介孔二氧化硅SiO2,采用SEM, EDS, XRD, 氮气吸附法对样品进行形貌结构表征。实验结果表明:制备出的球形SiO2大小均匀,粒径约为100 nm左右且具有介孔结构。以富勒烯C60为光敏剂,以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为硅烷偶联剂,将C60接枝到纳米球形介孔SiO2上。傅里叶红外FT-IR谱图显示在1390 cm-1及1599 cm-1处出现两处新的特征峰,分别对应C60骨架振动峰以及N-H特征伸缩振动峰,这表明C60成功接枝到SiO2上。采用电子自旋共振法(ESR)法以及化学探针紫外分光光度计法检测,表明SiO2-APTES-C60材料在光照射条件下可以产生单线态氧,并通过相对检测法计算出量子效率为0.52。

Preparation of fullerene-modified mesoporous silica nanospheres and its application in photodynamic treatment
Abstract:In this research, a new type of mesoporous silica nanospheres (SiO2) was fabricated with CaCO3 as the template. The techniques including SEM, EDS, XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms were employed to characterize the as-prepared materials. The results demonstrate that as-prepared spherical SiO2 is about 100 nm in size and exhibits mesopourous structure. Subsequently, fullerene C60 was grated to SiO2 by silane coupling agentγ-Triethoxysilylpropylamine (APTES) (denoted as SiO2-APTES-C60). FT-IR spectroscopy shows two characteristic absorption bands at 1390 cm-1, 1599 cm-1, indicating that C60 has been grated to SiO2 sucessfully. The results of ESR and chemical method demostrate that the SiO2-APTES-C60 has the ability to produce singlet oxygen under light excitation and the quantum yield is 0.52.
