荧光聚苯乙烯微球的制备及光谱性质研究

摘要:本文采用分散聚合和种子溶胀法制备出粒径5.5μm的聚苯乙烯交联微球,通过溶胀吸附的方法将苯基氟硼吡咯负载到聚苯乙烯微球中,获得荧光微球。对比不同溶胀体系的荧光染料负载效果,发现水-四氢呋喃体系获得的荧光微球染料负载均匀,荧光强度高,利用分光光度法测得微球中染料含量最高可达3.41mg/g。分别采集苯基氟硼吡咯和荧光微球在不同分散体系中的荧光发射光谱,对比可知染料在微球中具有稳定的光谱性质。

Preparation of fuorescent polystyrene microspheres and study of the spectral properties
Abstract:In this paper 5.5μm crosslinked polystyrene microspheres are prepared by dispersion polymerization and seed swelling procedure. Phenyl-BODIPY is loaded to get fluorescent microspheres by swelling-adsorpton. Microspheres swelled by adding THF into aqueous dispersion have a higher fluorescent intensity and dye-loading content, which can reach 3.41mg/g measured by spectrophotometry. Fluorescence emission spectra of phenyl-BODIPY and fluorescent microspheres dispered in different solvent are acquisition, and it turn out that the emission spectrum of fluorescent microspheres can not be affected by solvent.
