摘要:大量实验证实电离辐射旁效应(RIBE)的发生不仅依赖于受照射细胞DNA的直接损伤,线粒体在RIBE的信号产生和响应中同样扮演重要角色。本文从线粒体基因组、物质能量代谢、氧化还原及细胞凋亡等几个方面阐述了线粒体在RIBE中作用,并对该方面研究存在的未解问题进行了分析。

The Role of Mitochondria in Radiation-induced Bystander Effect
Abstract:A growing amount of evidence indicates that radiation-induced bystander effect (RIBE) not only depends on the direct DNA damage of irradiated cells, mitochondria, as important subcellular organ, also plays an crucial role in the RIBE. This article reviewed the recent progresses of the role of mitochondrial in the RIBE of mitochondrial genome changes, energy metabolism, oxidative metabolism and apoptosis for better understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms.
