摘要:利用罗丹明B衍生物与Hg2+配位后会引起螺旋内酰胺结构开环这一机理,以罗丹明B为母体,将呋喃环引入硫化罗丹明B酰肼,设计合成了一种基于罗丹明B的新型Hg2+选择性"Off-On"型荧光探针RB-SO。在乙醇-水(1:1,v/v)溶液中该探针本身没有颜色,没有荧光;而加入Hg2+后,溶液变成粉色,且在589 nm处产生荧光。该探针对Hg2+有很好的选择性和灵敏度,是一种比色和荧光双响应荧光探针。

Synthesis and Properties of Rhodamine B Based “Off-On” Fluorescent Probe for Detecting Hg2+
Abstract:By inducing the furan ring into thiooxorhodamine B hydrazide, a new rhodamine B based "Off-On" probe RB-SO was designed and synthesized for selectively detecting Hg2+ ion, since the ring-opening of rhodamine B derivative could be induced by Hg2+. In the ethanol aqueous solution (1:1, v/v), the free probe was colorless and nonfluorescent. After the addition of Hg2+, the color changed to pink, and a new fluorescence emission band centered at 589 nm appeared. The probe shows highly selective and sensitive colorimetric and fluorogenic dual-responses towards Hg2+.
