丙烯酰胺接枝改性纸浆纤维对纸张性能影响的研究

摘要:本文运用ATRP(原子转移自由基聚合)法将丙烯酰胺接枝到纸浆纤维的表面,得出接枝聚合的最佳条件:反应温度为90℃,反应时间为24小时,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与去离子水的比例为1:1,单体和催化剂的摩尔比为100:1时接枝率最高达到23.9%。通过红外分析证实了聚丙烯酰胺已经成功的接枝到纸浆纤维表面。将改性过的纤维添加到纸浆中,结果表明纸浆的Zeta电位随着改性纤维添加量的提高逐渐升高,添加6%的改性纤维对提高纸页干强度效果最好,干抗张指数提高了42.9%。

Study on the Influence of Pulp fibers modified by AM
Abstract:This paper is aimed at grafting acrylamide to the surface of the pulp fibers by the method of ATRP (atom transfer radical polymerization),getting the best conditions of graft polymerization: a reaction temperature of 90 C,the reaction time was 24 hours,the proportion of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) and deionized water was 1:1,and the grafting ratio reached 23.9% when the mole ratio of monomer and the catalyst was 100:1.Confirmed by infrared analysis,the polyacrylamide has been successfully grafted onto the surface of the pulp fibers. By adding the modified fiber into the pulp,the results show that the Zeta potential of the pulp is gradually increased with the increase of the added amount of the modified fiber, adding 6% of the modified fibers for improving the dry strength effect of the sheet is the best, the dry tensile index increased by 42.9%.
