船舶发电机监控软件设计

摘要:为实现船舶发电机组的远程监视、报警及控制功能,本文以船舶电力监控系统的基本结构、PLC程序实时控制以及监控软件人机界面为设计核心,探索了如何应用施耐德 XBTGT 7000系列触摸屏、Modicon M340 PLC开发船舶发电机组监控软件。实现了PLC程序控制与触摸屏的船舶发电机组人机界面软件紧密结合的实时监控;开发的监控软件可以远程获取发电机组实时运行信息实现集中监视和进行遥控,软件人机界面友好便于操作;对于船舶无人机舱以及自动化远程监控技术的应用具有一定的价值。

Software Design of Shipboard Generator Monitoring
Abstract:In order to realize long-distance monitoring, alarming and controlling functions of the shipboard generators, this paper explored how to use Schneider XBTGT7000 and Modicon M340 PLC to design monitoring control software, basing on the basic structure of the shipboard power monitoring system, real-time control of the PLC program and human-machine interface design. In the system, the control of PLC program is closely related to HMI of the touch screen to realize real-time monitoring function. The designed monitoring software can obtain long-distance real-time information of the generators and achieve centre monitoring as well as remote control. Furthermore, the HMI software is friendly and convenient to manipulate. In a conclusion, the software design of shipboard generator monitoring is of certain value to the application of shipboard-unmanned engine room and automatic remote monitoring technique.
