超分子理论的研究现状及对中医药理论的特殊影响

摘要:目的:归纳总结超分子理论研究的现状,探讨中医药超分子形式及对中医药基础理论的影响。方法:总结超分子理论研究现状,分析中医药可能的超分子形式,结合中医药学科基础理论与中药现代化的要求,阐述超分子理论在中医药现代化中的特殊作用。结果:与传统的由原子间化学键构成的化学理论相比,超分子化学是以多种弱相互作用非共价键的分子间相互作用的化学,体现分子间宏观表观的化学属性,是诠释中医药理论最宜的微观物质理论。人体及中药成分分子可以自身或相互络合、复合、螯合、包合、中和、自组装及化学反应形成超分子物质;中医的经络脏腑可能是基于细胞内外的超分子印迹模板特有的分子空间的孔穴通道结构;机体内及中药成分分子与中医经络脏腑是通过超分子孔穴通道的印迹模板而相互作用。当机体内小分子与经络脏腑产生印迹作用时,相当于在人体在心脏搏血的推动下,小分子物质在经络脏腑的印迹通道中按"分子筛层析"进行迁移,宏观表现出中医所述经络脏腑对小分子作用的的各向异性,亦脏象;当中药成分分子与经络脏腑印迹通道产生作用时,宏观上表现出中药药性与药效规律。因此,中医药基础理论的特殊表达形式正是基于机体内各种分子群的印迹模板与经络脏腑的孔穴模板能否匹配性的"分子筛层析"作用规律的宏观表现。结论:中医药的基础理论是基于机体超分子物质相互印迹作用规律的宏观表达,宜用超分子理论进行诠释;中药的物质基础是基于包括单分子在内的超分子群混合物,中药复方配伍能显著性地改变这一作用规律。在进行中医药基础理论研究时,应特别重视超分子的作用规律,这是中医药理论区别于基于单分子特征作用规律所建立的现代医学最为本质的地方。

Research situation of supramolecular throry and its special influence on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine
Abstract:Objective: To sum up the research status of supramolecular theories, probe into the supramolecular forms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and its influence on the theory of TCM. ? Methods: Summarize the research status of supramolecular theory, analysis the possible supramolecular forms of TCM, combine the demands of disciplines basic theory and modernization of TCM, expounds the specific functions of supramolecular theory in traditional Chinese medicine modernization. Results: Compared to the traditional chemical theory that made of chemical bonds between atoms, supramolecular chemistry is based on a variety of weak interaction rather than chemical bonds, composed of multiple molecules by the weaker intermolecular non covalent bond interaction, can reflect the macro apparent chemical properties of each component, is the most appropriate microcosmic physical theory to explain the traditional Chinese medicine theory. The human body and Chinese medicine component molecules can form supramolecular compounds by itself or with the human body through complexation, composite, chelation, inclusion, neutralization, self-assembly and chemical reaction; Meridian viscera of TCM may be a molecules channel structure in space unique cavity that based on the supramolecularly imprinted template inside and outside of cells; Ingredients of TCM interact with the Meridian and Zang-fu viscera through imprinting template of supramolecular cavity channel,When small molecules inside body imprinting with viscera meridian macromolecular , is equivalent to say, small molecules and viscera meridian imprint channel migrating according to "molecular sieve chromatography" drive by the heart beat, Macroscopic shows up the anisotropy of viscera meridian as described in traditional Chinese medical science, namely visceral manifestation; When small molecules of TCM interact with imprinting channel of viscera meridian, macroscopic reflects the properties and efficacy law of TCM. Therefore, the special expression forms of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, is based on the macroscopic expression of "molecular sieve chromatography" imprinting effect regularity, when imprinted template of small molecules matched with cavity template of macromolecules. Conclusions:The basis theory of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the formulation of supramolecular materials imprinting effect, explained by supramolecular theory will be suitable; The material base of TCM is based on the supramolecular group mixture, including single molecule, Chinese medicine compound compatibility can significantly change the law of function. In the study of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we should pay special attention to the law of supramolecular function, it is the most essential place that theory of TCM different from the modern medicine which established by the law of single molecules function.
