摘要：为了解决昂贵中药材的廉价替代品问题，本文利用药物的配伍规律和性味归经描述来衡量药物的相似度。具体定义了两种相似度的度量方式，分别为基于药物配伍集合的相似度（similarity based on collocation herbs，简记为simchs）和基于药物配伍和性味归经的相似度（similarity based on collocation herbs and tropism of taste，简记为simchstt），并通过实验验证了两种度量方式衡量相似药物的可行性，对比了两种度量方式下聚类的准确率和聚类大小，证明了simchstt相对于simchs在准确率上有了较大的提升。

Abstract：In order to find the cheap alternatives of some expensive herbal medicines，we use the context and tropism of taste of herb to measure the similarity of herbs. This paper proposes two kinds of measure methods which are called simchs and simchstt. Through experiments the feasibility of simchs and simchstt is verified, and by compare the clustering accuracy and cluster size, it proved that simchstt is better than simchsin on accuracy.
