中心复合设计-效应面法在药学领域中的应用

摘要:【目的】对中心复合设计-效应面法在药学领域的应用进行综述。【方法】查阅百余篇文献,归纳、总结来研究中心复合设计-效应面法。【结果】中心复合设计-效应面法相对于正交设计和均匀设计具有自变量的极端水平为试验极大或极小值、采用非线性数学模型拟合相关系数高、预测性较好、精密度高、设计试验一次便可获得较佳试验条件等优点。在药物提取分离精制,药物剂型处方筛选及工艺优化,药材质量评价中有广泛应用。【结论】利用中心复合设计-效应面法优化处方组成、工艺参数及质量评价准确可靠,具有实用价值。

Application of central composite design-response surface methodology in the field of medicine
Abstract: Objective this article review the application of central composite design and response surface methodology in pharmaceutical field. Methods reference more about ten articles, study the central composite design and response surface methodology. Results compare central composite design to orthogonal design and uniform design, the nonlinear mathematical model fitting correlation coefficient is higher. CCD has the advantage of high precision, good predictive, the independent variable of extreme level for laboratory allowed maximum or minimum, only one design can obtain better condition and so on. Conclusion the process parameters of central composite design and response surface methodology is accurate, reliable and with practical value.
