风险偏好视角下员工主动离职的区间多属性决策模型研究

摘要:本文首先介绍了员工离职研究的背景和重要性,然后对员工离职相关文献进行了简单评述,提出员工离职决策测算的研究问题。在现有研究基础上,针对员工主动离职的多属性决策问题,提出了一种考虑决策者风险的多属性决策模型,通过构建决策者的风险偏好因子将区间数决策问题转化为传统的多属性决策问题,并采用熵权法确定属性的权重,在此基础上依据所得权重给出了基于理想解逼近的方案排序方法,通过对风险偏好因子的不同取值还可进行方案排序的灵敏度分析。最后,通过实例说明了本文方法的可行性和有效性。

Study on Multiple Attribute Decision Making Model of Employee Voluntary Turnover from the Perspective of Risk Preference
Abstract:This paper introduces the background and the importance of employee turnover firstly, and makes simple commentary on related literatures of employee leave, employee turnover decision measure research questions are put forward. On the basis of existing research, according to employees leaving voluntarily multiple attribute decision making problems, put forward a kind of considering decision-makers preference of decision analysis method. And by introducing the risk preference of decision makers may be interval Numbers decision information for the mapping real numerical decision-making information, and according to the entropy weight method to determine the weights of attributes, on the basis of the weights according to the ranking method based on ideal solution approximation is presented, based on the value of different risk preference factor sensitivity analysis also can be made the ranking. Finally, through a numerical example illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method presented in this paper.
