显微及显微光谱技术在生物质预处理过程中的应用

摘要:木质纤维生物质的细胞壁微观结构复杂性及细胞壁中主要组分(纤维素、半纤维素以及木质素)分布的不均一性构成了生物质转化过程中的天然抗降解屏障。为了提高生物质转化的效率,降低转化成本,选择经济、高效、环保的生物质预处理方法非常重要,它能有效的增加酶对生物质多糖的可及性。显微及显微光谱技术能够在多尺度下提供生物质预处理过程中细胞壁微观结构及区域化学变化的信息。本文简述了这些技术在生物质预处理过程中的应用,进而为生物质转化领域的科学研究及产业化发展提供新手段。

The Application of Microscopic and Microspectroscopic Techniques on Biomass Pretreatment
Abstract:The complex cell wall micro-structure and heterogeneous distribution of cell wall components (cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin) are believed to be the natural biomass recalcitrance. In order to increase overall process efficiency and reduce costs, pretreatment of biomass is necessary to improve the accessibility of biomass polysaccharides to enzymatic hydrolysis. Microscopic and microspectroscopic techniques can provide the cell wall micro-structural and topochemical information during biomass pretreatment at multi-scale. In this review the application of microscopic and microspectroscopic techniques on biomass pretreatment are briefly described. The approaches established can provide alternatives to the scientific research and industrialization development related to biomass conversion.
