摘要:基于伙伴关系理论,提出了影响水电开发企业组织设计八要素,并根据实地调研结果,通过排序、相关性分析和聚类分析揭示了各要素的重要性和相互关系,及其在水电开发企业组织设计中的作用机理。证实了水电开发企业的组织结构和业务流程应根据外部环境(其他利益相关方)和企业的战略目标需要来设计,而不能局限于单一组织的内部资源配置。典型性分析结果显示,组织间联系能力可以作为所有要素的典型性指标,水电开发所需资源能否在项目相关组织间高效和快速地流动很大程度上反映出其他要素在组织设计中的作用。

Organizational design of hydropower development firms
Abstract:From the partnering perspective, eight factors which influence organizational design of hydropower development firms were identified. Based on the data collected from fieldwork, ranking, correlation analysis and hierarchical analysis were conducted to reveal the importance of these factors and their mechanisms in organizational design process. The results confirm that organization structures and business processes of hydropower development firms should be designed depending on external environment (other stakeholders) and strategic objectives of the firms rather than focused on internal efficiency. Typical analysis demonstrates that inter-organizational linking capability can be regarded as the representative factor, which can largely reflect the roles of other factors in the organizational design.
