岩藻聚糖硫酸酯-胶原复合支架的制备及其性能研究

摘要:该研究以冷冻干燥法制备了岩藻聚糖硫酸酯-胶原共混支架材料,对其进行扫描电镜、吸水率、体外降解性能、细胞毒性检测和分析,以及与成纤维细胞复合共培养,检测细胞在材料上的生长情况。结果表明:岩藻聚糖硫酸酯-胶原共混支架材料具有一定孔径的网状结构,有良好的生物相容性,细胞能粘附在材料上生长。可作为一种潜在的生物材料可望在生物医学领域得到应用。

Preparation and characterization of fucoidan-collagen scaffold
Abstract::Fucoidan/type I collagen scaffold was prepared successfully by freeze-drying process and its structure and properties including pores, water absorption, cell toxicity, in vitro degradation rate were characterized . Fibroblasts culture with the scaffold, and found it proliferated very well on the scaffold. These results showed that the fucoidan/type I collagen scaffold with certain pore size had good compatibility, and fibroblasts can attach and proliferate on the scaffold. These performances show fucoidan/type I collagen has a promise as a new type of biomaterial.
