红细胞对血小板粘附行为的影响

摘要:本文采用浸入式边界法(IBM),模拟了血小板在作用下与受伤血管壁的粘附过程。通过改变红细胞体积比,分析了红细胞对血小板粘附行为的影响机理,包括:红细胞变形扰动下的剪切流场对血小板的拖拽,粘附过程中GPIbα-vWF链接粘附力的变化,并从受力的角度分析了血小板粘附能否形成的原因。数值模拟的结果表明,血小板的运动同时受到了粘附力和流场力的影响;增加红细胞体积比,减慢了血小板的相对运动速度,加强了血小板和血管壁之间的粘附。

The Effect of Erythrocytes on the Adhesion Behavior of Platelet
Abstract:The adhesion between the platelet and wounded vessel wall through the GPIbα-vWF bonding was numerically simulated with the immersed boundary method. The effect of erythrocytes on the adhesion behavior of platelet was studied by changing the hematocrit. The numerical results show that the motion of platelet is determined by both the fluid force and the adhesion force. With the increase in hematocrit, the relative velocity of platelet is reduced and the adhesion between the platelet and vessel wall is enhanced.
