水处理SBA-15固载奎宁催化不对称Michael加成反应

摘要:手性有机催化剂金鸡纳生物碱的固载化研究是不对称催化领域的热点。常规SBA-15固载的奎宁催化剂对不对称Michael加成反应的催化活性较低。本文提出将SBA-15介孔材料用水回流处理,以增加其表面羟基的数量以及分散均匀程度,然后用于固载奎宁,构建一种有效的非均相有机催化剂,用于查耳酮及其衍生物与丙二腈的不对称Michael加成反应。XRD、FT-IR、氮气吸附、TG和电镜表征的结果证明了奎宁的成功固载,且制得的非均相催化剂很好地保持了介孔载体的特征孔道结构,而且水处理使得巯丙基和奎宁的负载率增加。该非均相催化剂对不同查耳酮底物的收率均高于以常规SBA-15为载体的催化剂,尤其是对4-甲氧基查耳酮,得到了78%的ee值,远高于常规SBA-15固载的催化剂,甚至高于均相催化剂。

Water-treated SBA-15 Supported Quinine for Asymmetric Michael Addition Reaction
Abstract:The heterogenization of cinchona alkaloids has attracted more and more attention in the recent years. Quinine immobilized on conventional SBA-15 provides low activity in the asymmetric Michael addition of malononitrile to chalcones. In this paper, SBA-15 was treated with water to increace the population and uniform dispersion of surface hydroxyl groups, and then used to immobilize quinine, to build an effective heterogeneous chiral organic catalyst for the asymmetric Michael addition of malononitrile to chalcones. The results of XRD, FT-IR, nitrogen sorption, TG, SEM and TEM showed that quinine was successfully immobilized on water-treated SBA-15, and that the long-range mesoporous ordering of parent supports was maintained after the immobilization. And the loadings of mercaptopropyl and quinine increased after SBA-15 was treated with water. The heterogeneous catalysts exhibited higher activity and enantioselectivity than the catalyst supported on conventional SBA-15. In particular, when 4-methoxy chalcone was test, an excellent ee value up to 78% was obtained, which was much higher than that of conventional catalyst and even higher than the corresponding homogeneous catalyst.
