摘要:通过在萘菁环上引入羧酸基团,我们成功的合成出新型水溶性萘菁基光敏剂,并对其进行了详细的结构表征以及光物理、光化学性质测试。与酞菁类光敏剂相比,该萘菁类光敏剂具有更大的离域共轭结构,其Q带最大吸收及荧光发射均较酞菁发生明显红移,从而进入近红外区域。 该萘菁光敏剂表现出大大优于酞菁的近红外光动力活性以及有效的近红外光照射下的Hela人类癌细胞杀死率。因此,这种新型萘菁是一种极具潜在应用价值的的近红外光动力治疗光敏剂。

Synthesis of Novel Photosensitizer and Its Biological Activities towards Photodynamic Therapy
Abstract:A hydrophilic naphthalocyanine substituted with peripheral carboxylate acid groups was synthesized and characterized. Due to the extended pi-conjugation, both the Q band and ?uorescence emit of naphthalocyanine bathochromically shift to the near infrad (NIR) region. Its photophysical and photochemical properties were studied and compared with phthalocyanine. It also exhibits superior NIR photodynamic ef?ciency to phthalocyanine in vitro phototoxicity toward Hela human cervical cancer cells. Therefore, this novel naphthalocyanine could potentially be a NIR photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy.
