重力强化降低浮选过程高灰细泥污染的试验研究

摘要:为降低高灰细泥对浮选精煤的污染,基于旋流微泡浮选柱构建了新型沉降-旋流微泡浮选柱试验系统,研究了结构参数对试验考察指标的影响,并与常规旋流微泡浮选柱进行了对比。结果表明:截留板高度20 mm,沉降段倾角55 ,柱体段高度700 mm,沉降段长度700 mm为最佳结构参数组合;在该结构下,沉降-旋流微泡浮选柱相比常规旋流微泡浮选柱浮精灰分低1.10%。沉降-旋流微泡浮选柱通过重力强化,减少了高灰细泥机械夹带对浮精的污染;重力作用下的沉降物作为中间产品,避免了高灰细泥的循环,保证了精煤产品的质量。

Ehanced reduction of high ash fine slime entrainment in flotation process by gravity
Abstract:In order to reduce entrainment of high ash fine slime to flotation concentrate, a sediment-cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column(SFCMC) was built base on conventional cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column(FCMC), influence rule of structure parameters on flotation performance were explored, further ,test results was compared with those of FCMC. Experiments result show that, the best effect can be get when baffle height is 20 mm, settling section obliquity is 55 and both cylinder section height and settling section length are 700 mm, wherein clean coal ash can be 1.10% lower than FCMC. By gravity enhancement, mechanical entrainment of high ash fine slime could be reduced in SFCMC; sediment particles were collected as a middling product to avoid recirculation of high ash fine slime, thus concentrate quality can be guaranteed.
