摘要:通过优化透明质酸酶解条件,利用层析分离技术纯化制备透明质酸寡糖,经紫外扫描确定样品中没有蛋白质等杂质存在,对样品质谱谱图中的离子峰进行归属确定为透明质酸四糖、六糖和八糖,可以用于后续的逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药活性的研究。

Preparation of oligosaccahrides of hyaluronic acid using enzyme digestion
Abstract:Oligosaccharides of hyaluronic acid (HA) were obtained through digestion of HA using HAase and purified using chromatography methods. The UV spectroscopy was used to monitor the purity of the oligosaccharides. Mass spectrometry was used to characterize the structures of the oligosaccharides as tetrasaccharide, hexasaccharide and octasaccharide. These oligosaccharides will be used for the reversal effect of multidrug resistance of tumor cells using MTT experiments.
