离子辐射的剂量反应关系

摘要:离子辐射是一种致癌的环境应激物,其剂量反应关系是科学制定环境管理标准的基础。目前,国际上利用基于数理统计的直线型剂量反应关系模型来进行离子辐射的管理。但是,实验数据显示出J型的离子辐射剂量反应关系占主导。系统生物学是通过实验和计算机模拟,对于生物组成部分(如分子,细胞,组织等)相互组织在一起进行正常工作而做一个量化的模拟,即实验和计算方法的混合体。利用系统生物学的方法可以对离子辐射致癌机理的分子传导途径进行模拟,挖掘导致离子辐射剂量反应关系的内在机理,从而对离子辐射的剂量反应关系做出更加合理的判断。

Dose Response Relationship of Ionzing Radiation
Abstract:Ionizing radiation is a carcinogenic environmental stressor. Its dose response relationship is the basis for its scientific environmental regulation. Currently, a statistically based linear non threshold dose response model is used for ionizing radiation regulation. However, experiments data show that a J-shaped dose response model dominates the relationship. Systems biology approaches use experiments and computer simulation, quantitatively simulate how biological components (e.g. molecules, cells and tissues) interact with each other to perform normal functions. It is a combination of laboratory experiments and computer simulation. The application of systems biology approaches can simulate molecular pathway with which ionizing radiation leads to cancer and investigate the internal mechanisms for ionizing radiation to cause cancer and therefore better judge the dose response relationship for ionizing radiation to cause cancer.
