摘要:本文基于8-氨基喹啉设计合成了具有高选择性和灵敏度的Zn2+比值荧光探针L。在Tris-HCl (50 mM, pH=7.40) 缓冲溶液中,该探针在Zn2+存在下,自415 nm发生了80 nm的红移,荧光增强了约5倍,而其它金属离子则未发生明显的变化。通过紫外吸收和荧光滴定,对探针与Zn2+及其它金属离子的作用进行了详细的研究。

A highly sensitive fluorescent probe for ratiometric detection of Zn2+ in aqueous solution
Abstract:In the present paper, we have developed a carboxamidoquinoline-based fluorescent probe L with high sensitivity and selectivity. The probe could ratiometrically detect Zn2+ with a large emission wavelength shift from 415 nm to 495 nm in Tris-HCl buffer (50 mM, pH = 7.40), whereas other metal ions failed to induce response. The results were confirmed through absorption and fluorescent titration studies.
