桃花中黄酮含量测定及提取工艺研究

摘要:[目的]测定桃花中黄酮含量和探索微波辐射下黄酮最佳提取工艺。[方法]用紫外可见分光光度计测黄酮的含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化微波辐射下提取桃花中黄酮的最佳工艺。 [结果]桃花中黄酮含量为4.16%;最佳工艺条件:微波功率为400 W,料液比为1∶15,乙醇体积分数为40 %;微波辐射时间为60 min。[结论]桃花中黄酮含量较高,可以作为提取黄酮的来源。

Flavonoids Content Determination Extraction Technology in Persica Flower
Abstract:[Objective]In this paper to determine the flavonoids content and to explore the extraction technology of Flavonoids in persica flower under microwave radiation. [Methods] The content of flavones was determined by an ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer method, The microwave assisted extraction of flavonids in persica flower was optimized by a single factor test and an orthogonal experiment. [Results] Flavonoids content in persica flower was 4.16%,the optimal extraction conditions were: the microwave power 400 W, material and liquid ratio 1:15, volume fraction of ethanol 40%, microwave irradiation time 60 min. [Conclusion] Flavonoids content in persica flower is high, and can be used as a source of flavonoids extracted.
