吸附剂载银后对萘的吸附行为研究

摘要:应用批量平衡法研究了附着银离子后的常规水处理吸附剂对萘的吸附行为。结果表明:沸石、二氧化硅附着银离子后对萘的吸附影响甚微,活性炭附着银离子后对萘的吸附降低,而Amberlyst 15阳离子交换树脂附着银离子后对萘的吸附增强。吸附剂附着银离子后对萘的吸附容量表现出了的不同影响趋势,这可能与吸附剂的表面性质和结构存在一定的内在联系,其中附着的银离子不仅能改变吸附剂的表面疏水性和内部孔隙结构,而且还能与萘产生阳离子-π键络合作用和路易斯酸碱对作用进而影响到萘的吸附。实验结果可以为弄清银离子对多环芳烃在水处理工艺中的去除效果及对多环芳烃环境行为的影响提供基础理论依据。

Adsorption of naphthalene by Ag ions-exchanged sorbents
Abstract:In this paper, adsorption behaviors of naphthalene to conventional water treatment sorbents before and after exchanged with silver ions were evaluated using batch experiments. Results showed that, after exchanged with silver ions, zeolite and silica had little effect on the sorption of naphthalene, and the sorption capacity of naphthalene to activated carbon was reduced, whereas the sorption capacity of naphthalene to cation exchange resin Amberlyst 15was enhanced. Different sorption trends observed with Ag ions exchanged sorbents might correlated with the structure and surface properties of these sorbents, in which silver ions attached to the sorbent surface not only change the sorbent surface hydrophobicity and the internal pore structure, but also the silver ions loaded certain sorbents could enhance naphthalene sorption via special π complexation and Lewis acid-base interactions. Results of this study could give basic theoretical fundamentals of silver ions in the water treatment process for PAHs removal, as well as the influence of silver ions on the environmental behavior of PAHs.
