农药甲基硫菌灵对川芎生长发育的影响

摘要:目的:探讨农药甲基硫菌灵不同施药剂量及施药方式对川芎生长发育的影响,为其合理使用提供科学依据。方法:以农药甲基硫菌灵不同处理后的川芎为实验材料,分别测定川芎叶片及根茎中的SOD活性和MDA含量;定株测量川芎株高,计数川芎茎蘖数、叶片数,称重计算川芎根冠比。结果:甲基硫菌灵推荐剂量灌根和喷雾处理组(B1和A1)有利于川芎的生长发育,加倍剂量灌根和处理组处理组(B2和A2)不利于川芎的生长发育。结论:在川芎药材生产中,应以推荐剂量使用农药甲基硫菌灵防治川芎根腐病,这对于促进川芎的生长发育、保证川芎药材的产量和质量具有积极地实践指导意义。

Effects of Thiophanate-methyl on the growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong
Abstract:Objective: We investigated Effects of Thiophanate-methyl on the on growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong under different dosage and different stages in order to provide scientific basis for its reasonable application. Methods: We used Ligusticum chuanxiong after different treatment of Thiophanate-methyl as our experimental material. We determined SOD activity and MDA content in the leaves and rhizome of Ligusticum chuanxiong. We also measured the height, counted the number of stem tillers and leaves, calculated the root/shoot ratio of Ligusticum chuanxiong. Results: The irrigating and spraying treatment of Thiophanate-methyl under the recommended dose(B1 and A1) stimulate the on growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong. However, the irrigating and spraying treatment of Thiophanate-methyl under the doubling dose(B2 and A2)inhibited the on growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong. Conclusion: We should apply Thiophanate-methyl to control root rot under the recommended dose. The treatment of Thiophanate-methy has significance to the growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong as well as the yield and quality of Ligusticum chuanxiong.
