跨文化角度下客户间相互作用的研究

摘要:本文旨在从概念上探讨在跨文化角度下客户间相互作用(CCI)。本文的研究背景是:CCI与酒店管理具有关联性,是酒店管理领域的一个重要方向。现阶段,一些CCI专家和跨文化管理专家对该问题有所研究,但从概念和实践方面,专家普遍认为CCI与酒店管理的关联较为复杂。本文从理论方面进一步阐述了CCI与酒店管理的显著关联性,并从实践方面为服务经理提供了CCI影响客户体验的观点。本文为酒店管理的从业者和研究者提供了一个新的角度,有助于他们在逐渐增长的全球化环境中从战略上和实际操作中把关于CCI管理的计划融合起来。

Customer-to-customer Interaction Under Cross-cultural Perspective
Abstract:This article aims to explore the conceptual angle in cross-cultural interaction between customers (CCI). Research background is: CCI and Hotel Management has relevance, and it is an important direction of hotel management. At this stage, some of the CCI experts and cross-cultural management experts have studied this issue, but in conceptual and practical aspects, experts generally believe that CCI associated with the hotel management are more complex. This paper further elaborated the theory and hotel management CCI significant correlation, and from the practice manager for the service provided CCI affect the customer experience point of view. This article gives hotel management practitioners and researchers to provide a new perspective and help them to gradually increase the global environment from the strategic and operational management of the program on the CCI integrate.
