摘要:指尖密封是继刷式密封之后提出的一种新型柔性密封,低磨损和低泄漏特性使得其具有较大的应用前景。但由于理论设计中磨损和泄漏特性难以计算,再加上物理试验成本较高,导致其工程应用受到阻碍。为此,结合指尖密封动态工作特点,通过研究指尖密封动态泄漏机理和磨损特征,构建了磨损和泄漏性能的准动态计算模型。并针对工程设计案例进行了动态性能分析,分析初步表明提出的计算方法能够较好的反映指尖密封实际动态特性,这为指尖密封的动态性能设计方法研究提供了参考。?????

The Quasi-Dynamic Performances Analysis of Finger Seal
Abstract:Finger seal is a new flexible seal structure after brush seal. Low wear and low leakage made the finger seal has broad application prospects. While, it is difficulty to evaluate the dynamic hysteresis leakage and wear of finger seal. In addition, the cost of physics performances test for finger seal is very high. These lead to the application of finger seal is blocked in engineering. So the current work studied the dynamic hysteresis leakage and wear characteristics of finger seal based on the dynamic working performances. Then, the quasi-dynamic computation model of wear and leakage for finger seal system is built. The work analyzed dynamic performances of finger seal. The study results indicate preliminarily that the proposed calculated method can be well reflects the real dynamic performances of finger seal. The research work can provide valuable reference for dynamic performances design and study of finger seal.
