高锰钢超声振动车削的切削力实验研究

摘要:针对高锰钢的难加工性,以改善切削加工性为目的,采用超声振动这项新技术,通过改造普通车床,将其引入车削,对ZGMn13钢进行了超声振动车削实验,研究了车削过程中切削力的情况,分析了典型因素对切削力的影响,建立了超声振动车削ZGMn13钢的主切削力经验公式并进行了回归检验.实验结果表明:超声振动车削适用于高锰钢材料并且切削力要小于未加超声振动的普通车削.这将为高锰钢材料的实际切削加工起到一定指导作用。

Research on Cutting Force in Ultrasonic Vibration Turning Experiment of High Manganese Steel
Abstract:For the difficult process of High Manganese Steel the experiment of ultrasonic vibration turning ZGMn13 steel was carried out by transforming lathe in order to improve machinability. The case of cutting force in ultrasonic vibration turning process is studied, the influence of typical factors on cutting force is analyzed, the empirical formula of main cutting force is established and regression equation is conducted. The experiments have indicated that ultrasonic vibration turning is applied to High Manganese Steel and cutting force is smaller than that of common turning. The experimental results can play a definite part in directing cutting of High Manganese Steel.
