基于Mach-zehnder干涉仪激光雷达风场探测系统误差容限分析

摘要:Mach-Zehnder干涉仪作为多普勒激光雷达风场探测系统的鉴频器具有透过率高、探测谱的范围宽、能进行视场展宽而获得大光通量的优点。本文采用能量探测的方式对Mach-Zehnder干涉仪鉴频系统进行了优化设计,重点分析了鉴频系统的参数误差(基准光程差误差、分光棱镜的分光比)对探测结果的影响,反演出风速误差,做出了其理论分析曲线,给出了风速误差在1m/s以内时系统参数误差容限。

The system error tolerance analysis of wind detection system based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer
Abstract:Mach-Zehnder interferometer as a frequency discriminator of a doppler lidar has a high transmittance.Wide range of detection spectrum, as broadening the field of view can obtained large flux.in this paper, the frequency discriminator Mach-Zehnder interferometer system has been optimized for energy detection, analysised the error of the system parameters of the frequency discriminator (reference optical path difference error(△OPD), the ratio of Beam-splitter peism) , the wind speed error has been inversed and its theoretical analysis curve has been made, given the system parameters error tolerance when wind speed error within 1 m/s.
