煤焦油重质组分咔唑精制溶剂的选择

摘要:为了从煤焦油重质组分中分离得到高纯度的咔唑产品,本文采用溶剂结晶法以粗蒽为原料,考察了不同混合比例的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和异丙醇胺(IPA)对蒽和咔唑混合物的分离效果。测定了不同温度下,蒽和咔唑在氯苯和四氯乙烯及二甲苯/四氯乙烯混合溶剂中的溶解度,并用于咔唑精制过程。结果表明,DMF+IPA的最佳混合比例为7:3(V/V),相应粗咔唑的含量和收率最高。所考察溶剂中氯苯对咔唑的精制效果最好,经氯苯精制后咔唑的纯度为98.97%,单程收率为43.28%。

Solvent selection for process of carbazole from heavy component of coal tar
Abstract:In order to get high purity carbazole from coal tar heavy component - crude anthracene by solvent crystallization process, the separation effect of anthracene and carbazole with different mixing proportion of N, N - dimethylformamide and isopropanolamine was examined. And the solubility of anthracene and carbazole in chlorobenzene, tetrachloroethylene and xylene/tetrachloroethylene mixture were measured at different temperatures. In addition, these solvent were used to carbazole refining process. The results showed that the optimum blending ratio of N, N - dimethylformamide and isopropanolamine is 7:3 (V/V), and chlorobenzene is the best among the solvents used in the experiment for carbazole refining. The purity of carbazole can reach 98.97%, and the single-pass yield was 43.28%.
