摘要:1-甲基-7-丁氧基-9-异丁基-2-苄基-β-咔啉溴盐(H-2-65)是以去氢骆驼蓬碱为原料,通过N9-烷基化、去甲基化及季铵化反应获得的化合物。它是通过体外抗菌筛选,显示出较强活性的抗菌候选化合物。利用1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、g COSY、g HSQC、g HMBC、MS及元素分析等多种分析方法,确证其结构。

NMR analysis of 2-benzyl-7-butoxyl-9-isobutyl-1-methyl-β-carboline bromate
Abstract:2-benzyl-7-butoxyl-9-isobutyl-1-methyl-β-carboline bromate (H-2-65) is Harmine reacted with 1-Iodobutane via N9-alkylation, demethyl and N2-quaternarization to obtain the new compound. The results demonstrated that H-2-65 had more remarkable antibacterial activities in vitro antibacterial screening. Characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, gCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC, MS and elemental analysis.
