红土镍矿选择性还原焙烧及扩大试验研究

摘要:以含Ni 1.46%,Fe 26.68%的红土镍矿为研究对象,进行了选择性还原小型试验研究,最终得到镍品位为8.58%,镍回收率为88.15%的镍铁产品。试验中发现,添加NCS能够提高镍的品位,CaO能够提高镍的回收率,使用组合添加剂能够得到最佳的试验效果。研究推测CaO能够和红土矿中的含镍硅酸盐反应生成低熔点的化合物,降低硅酸盐体系的粘度,促进金属颗粒的析出、聚集长大,从而提高镍的回收率。在小型试验的基础上进行了扩大试验研究,研究发现在扩大试验中添加剂的作用规律和小型试验基本一致,但是,试样量增加后试验所需煤用量和小型试验有较大差距,因此进行扩大试验时要特别注意还原气氛的变化和调整。

The selective reduction roasting and pilot test of laterite nickel ore
Abstract:The selective reduction roasting was carried on the laterite nickel ore assaying Ni of 1.46% and Fe of 26.68%, and the nickalloy with the nickel grade of 8.58% and nickel recovery of 88.15% is obtianed.The results show that the addition of NCS can improve the grade of nickel of mickalloy,the addition of CaO can improve the recovery of nickel, the use of composite additives can get the best results. The study shows that CaO can react with the silicate containing nickel in laterite ore to form a low melting point compounds and reduce the viscosity of the silicate system, promoting the metal particles' aggregation, so as to improve the recovery rate of nickel. The pilot test was carried out on the basis of the laboratory test. The results show that the influence rule of additives in the pilot test was similar to the that obtained in the laboratory test.But there was a very big difference of coal consumption between the pilot test and the laboratory test. So the adjust of the reducing atmosphere is very important in pilot test.
