大倾角工作面液压支架适应性分析

摘要:根据液压支架的构件和质量,分析了支架不同工作高度时的重心位置。采用液压支架的底座半宽与重心高度比值的正切值可以求得支架不同工作高度下的翻转角和支架适应倾角范围。支架适应倾度的范围与支架的工作高度和底座宽度密切相关,支架工作高度越高,支架底座的宽度越窄,其对应重心位置就越高、翻转角就越小,一旦翻转角小于倾斜面角度,支架就易发生翻转失稳。翻转角的计算分析为大倾角工作面液压支架的选型提供了一定的指导依据。

Analysis on the adaptability of hydraulic support in greatly-inclined coal face
Abstract:The gravity centers of hydraulic supports with different working height are analysised based on the members and weight. The ranges of the flip and adapted angles for hydraulic supports in different working height can be calculated by the tangent value of the ratio between the 1/2 width of the base and the gravity center height, indicating that the adapted angles of hydraulic supports are closely related to the height of supports and the density of base. To be exact, the more the height and the narrower the width of the base can be, the higher the corresponding gravity center and the less the flip angles would be. The supports would slip if the flip angle were less than the inclined angle. This can provide guidance for the selection and design of the hydraulic supports, as a result.
