利用图像处理获取废旧铅酸电池的锯切点

摘要:在废旧铅酸蓄电池回收预处理工艺中,锯床通过锯切的方法把电池分为4部分,但是在锯切之前,必须确定废旧铅酸蓄电池的切割点。本文根据电池的内部结构,利用X射线成像仪获取蓄电池铅金属结构图像,对图像进行详细分析,总结切割点的位置特性,从而找出废旧铅酸电池的锯切点。

Abstract:Used lead-acid battery recycling in the pretreatment process, the battery are divided into four parts by the sawing machine, but the cut points must be determined before used lead-acid batteries are cut.
