铝/铜平板爆炸焊接的实验研究

摘要:通过爆炸焊接试验得到了铝/铜复合板,对其结合界面的细观结构、显微硬度和剪切强度进行了测量分析。结果表明,复合板结合界面呈现典型均匀的小波状结合,复合板焊接质量良好,爆炸焊接参数选择合适。界面处的显微硬度最高,随着界面距离的增加,硬度相应降低。复合板界面剪切强度在60MPa以上。

Experimental study of explosive welding of Al/Cu plate
Abstract:Aluminum-copper cladding plates were obtained by explosive welding, and microstructure of interface, micro-hardness and shear strength were measured and studied. The results show that typical interface wave appearances forms at the interface of cladding plate, which validated the good welding quality of plate and the appropriate parameters of explosive welding. The higher micro-hardness forms at the boundary, and will decrease with an increase in the distance from the boundary. The shear strength of cladding plate is more than 60MPa.
