Synthetic Study of Coruscanone B
Abstract:Starting from square acid diisopropyl ester, the synthesis of coruscanone B, which has excellent bioactivity, has been finished in four steps and 16% total yield. The key procedure is the Darzens/ring expansion of monomethyl cyclobutenedione, which achieved the construction of core of the targeted natural product.
