基于功能核磁成像的静息态功能脑网络研究综述

摘要:近期研究成果表明:大脑在无特定任务状态下,各功能区之间依然会有部分功能连接并由此构成网络。且连接组网的方式、强度等可能对脑功能认知研究非常有帮助。正因为此,近年来,一大批研究人员投身其中,取得了很多很出色的成果。本文从信息分析的角度,总结了近年来脑网络研究过程中典型算法的模型构建原理、优点及不足,最后对脑网络的应用范围进行了简单的阐述。

Research progress on Resting-state Brain Functional Network Based on functional MRI
Abstract:Recent research results show that many functional areas of our brain are connected to become a network in resting-state. The connection way , strength etc. may be very helpful on studying brain cognitive function. For this reason, in recent years, a large number of researchers do such area research and achieved many results. In this paper, we survey the typical methods of constructing rsfMRI brain network from the point of view of information analysis. We survey the major methods' basic principle, advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, we also introduce the range of applications of brain network.
