对生物安全标记基因在植物转基因研究中安全性评价

摘要:随着转基因植物种植面积的扩大和商业化程度的加深,转基因作物的安全性越来越受到人们的关注,转基作物中选择标记基因的安全性成为了关注的焦点,尤其是筛选转基因作物时所使用的抗生素和除草剂抗性标记基因是否对人类健康和环境会带来威胁。开发和使用生物安全标记基因6-磷酸甘露糖异构酶基因(pmi)、木糖异构酶基因(xylA)、谷氨酸-1-半醛转氨酶基因(hemL)、天门冬氨酸激酶(ak)基因、甜菜碱乙醛脱氢酶(badh)基因等,不仅能够去除人们对抗生素和除草剂作为筛选标记在的安全方面的担忧,而且还可以提高转化效率。

Understanding of the application of biological safety marker genes in genetically modified crops
Abstract:With the expansion of acreage of genetically modified plants and the deepening of the commercialization, people pay more and more attention on the safety of genetically modified crops , and select Security marker gene in transgenic crops became the focus of attention, especially whether the antibiotic resistance marker gene and herbicides used in the process of screening transgenic crops put human health and the environment at risk. The development and use of biological safety marker gene 6-phosphate isomerase gene (pmi), xylose isomerase gene (xylA), glutamic acid 1-semialdehyde aminotransferase gene (hemL), aspartate kinase (ak) gene, betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase (badh) gene and the like, can be removed notonly to antibiotics and herbicides as a selection marker in terms of safety concerns, but also can improve the conversion efficiency.
