基于分形计算的CFRP孔隙复杂形貌表征

摘要:针对CFRP材料孔隙形貌随机复杂难以进行量化表征的难题,本文通过图像处理技术获得孔隙率为0.62%-5.34%的510个CFRP真实孔隙模型(real morphology void model, RMVM),采用网格计数法计算RMVM的分形维数D,分析了D对RMVM孔隙形状、尺寸分布和取向以及孔隙率的表征作用。结果表明D可用来表征CFRP孔隙形貌的复杂性:同孔隙率下,细长孔隙的D值较大,孔隙倾斜45 时D值最小,多孔隙的D值大于单一孔隙;D值随孔隙率增大而减小,且离散度增大。研究工作对于CFRP孔隙形貌复杂程度的定量表征具有参考价值。

Characterization on Complex Morphology of Void in CFRP Based on Fractal Calculation
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of quantitative characterization on complex and random morphology of void in CFRP, fractal dimension D of real morphology void model (RMVM) was calculated utilizing the reticular cell counting method. For 510 RMVM of CFRP with porosity of 0.62%-5.34% obtained by the image processing technology, the shape, size distribution and orientation of voids in RMVM characterized by D was studied. The results show that D could be used to characterize the complexity of the void morphology. With the same porosity, a slender void brought a larger D and a minimal value of D could be obtained when the void was inclined 45 degrees. The value of D on multiple voids was larger than single void, and it decreased and appeared more dispersive with increasing porosity. This research would provide a reference for the quantitative characterization of the complexity of void morphology in CFRP.
