新型烟碱类手性杀虫剂哌虫啶在几种典型土壤中的吸附特性

摘要:哌虫啶是我国拥有自主知识产权的新型新烟碱类杀虫剂。本文以A环-14C标记哌虫啶的4种不同手性对映体为示踪剂,在实验室条件下,采用液体闪烁测量技术研究了其在三种典型土壤中的吸附特性,并从对映体层面上,阐明了不同对映体在不同土壤的吸附规律及其可能存在的差异性。结果表明:(1)哌虫啶四种手性对映体在3种土壤的吸附等温线均能极显著符合线性模型;(2) 哌虫啶在3种不同土壤的吸附差异较大,S1中吸附率为30.8-66.2%,S2中为2.5-14.7%,S3中为15.8-26.5%。吸附常数KF与土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关;(3)哌虫啶在红砂土中的吸附存在明显的差向异构选择性,应科学合理地在有机质丰富的土壤中使用。

Sorption Characterization of Insecticidal Chiral Paichongding on several Chinese Typical Soil
Abstract:Paichongding is a novel neonicotinoid insecticide consisted of four chiral optical isomers, developed by China. In this study, the isomer-specific sorption of Paichongding in soils was studied using 14C-isotope tracing technology. The results were as follows: 1) Adsorption isotherm of four different optical isomers of IPP in the three soils all followed the linear model (p<0.01). (2) Significant differences were observed in sorption of Paichongding in the soils with adsorption rate of 30.8-66.2% in S1, 2.5-14.7% in S2 and 15.8-26.5% in S3. Their adsorption constants were positively related with organic matter. (3) In the red clayey sand soil (S1), significant diastereoselective sorption was found between Paichongding epimers, which is helpful for scientific and reasonable usage of Paichongding in rich organic-matter soil.
