抗肿瘤姜黄素衍生物研究进展

摘要:姜黄素是一种具有抗癌、抗阿尔茨海默病、抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒等多种生物活性的天然多酚,但其存在生物利用度低、水溶性及口服吸收差等缺点,限制了其临床应用。鉴于此,研究人员对姜黄素做了大量的结构改造以期提高其生物活性以及改善其成药性质。本文综述了近几年对姜黄素进行结构修饰的研究进展,重点评述了姜黄素分子结构与其抗肿瘤活性之间的构效关系,为以后相关研究提供参考。

Research progress in anticancer activities of curcumin derivatives
Abstract:Curcumin is a natural polyphenol product that possesses widespread biological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-Alzheimer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral effect, and so on. However, curcumin has poor performance in terms of water solubility, absorption as well as bioavailability in vivo, which has limited its potential clinical application to a great extent. In this article we reviewed the progresses of the structural modification and biological evaluation of curcumin derivatives in the past years. We hope it may provide assistances for the future work involved in the field.
