摘要:以尿素为模板剂原位合成微孔-介孔复合材料,并分别考察了合成过程中尿素的加入量和氟离子效应。结果表明,以尿素为模板剂成功地合成出微孔与介孔复合的分子筛,通过改变加入尿素的浓度可以合成出具有不同尺寸介孔孔径的复合材料。在苯酚叔丁基化反应中,多级孔复合材料表现出了优异的催化活性,苯酚转化率最高可以达到95.6%,相应的2, 4-DTBP选择性可以达到51.6%

In situ synthsis of microporous and mesoporous silicates using urea as a template and the catalytic application in the alkylation reaction of phenol with tert-butanol
Abstract:A series of microporous and mesoporous silicates have been prepared by using urea as a template and tested in the alkylation reaction of phenol with tert-butanol. The result shows that the materials synthesized by the tamplete show microporous and mesoporous structure. By changing the addition amount of urea can obtain materials with different diameter sizes. In the alkylation reaction of phenol with tert-butanol, the hierarchical porous material shows excellent phenol conversion (95.6%) and 2, 4 - DTBP selectivity (51.6%).
