基于ANSYS Workbench机械臂丝杠轴的有限元分析

摘要:为了使机械臂的关键部件丝杠轴具有刚度高、变形小、可靠性高等性能,在进行结构设计时就应考虑各种导致丝杠轴失效的因素,并采取有效的防范措施和提高可靠性的措施。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立机械臂丝杠轴模型,对丝杠轴进行有限元分析,得到其应力和应变分布情况。通过对有限元结果的分析,验证丝杠轴的结构设计的合理性,保证机械臂的可靠性。

The finite element analysis of manipulator screw shaft based on ANSYS Workbench
Abstract:In order to make the key components of mechanical arm screw shaft with high stiffness, small deformation, high reliability performance. We should consider the various factors leading to the invalid screw shaft in the structure design, and take effective measures to prevent the invalid and improve the reliability. This article makes the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to establish screw shaft model of the mechanical arm. The finite element analysis will be carried out on the screw shaft so we can know the distribution of stress and strain of the hub. Through the results of the finite element analysis, verified the structure of the screw shaft to ensure the reliability of mechanical arm.
