采煤机全方向压电自俘能无线监测系统研究

摘要:针对采煤机状态监测中传感器布线难引起的通信和能源供给问题,研究一种振动能量供电的无线监测系统,将采煤机械工作时振动能量转化为电能,给工况监测用传感器及信息传输用无线通信模块供电,实现工况监测传感器自供电和智能检测。通过对系统组成功能模块分析,提出了全方向压电能量收集及无线监测系统方案,介绍了全方向能量收集装置结构设计、低功耗能量收集电路以及无线通信等模块的研究进展。研究对解决采煤机在线监测传感器布线难、通信难、能源供给难等问题,改善采煤机工况监测水平具有重要意义。

Conditions Monitoring System Based on Omni-directional Active PEH and WSN for Shearer
Abstract:Aimed at the condition monitoring problems, communcation and power supply caused by wiring of the sensors, this paper introduced a condition monitoring system based on PEH(Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting) and WSN(Wireless Sensor Network). With the maximum power accumulated from kinetic energy, the working condition monitoring sensors and the wireless communcation module were powered. By analyzing the function of modules, this paper proposed omnidirectional piezoelectric energy harvesting and wireless monitoring system scheme, introduced the developing of the monitoring system modules, such as the omni-directional energy collection device structure and optimization, low power energy harvesting circuit design, WSN nodes design.This research can help to solve the problems such as sensors lining, communication, power supply in shearer's working condition monitoring. It has extremely important significance to improve the condition monitoring level of shearer.
