摘要:苯酞类成分集中分布在伞形科植物,当归、川芎均为伞形科植物,两药味配对伍用具有协同增加养血补血和活血化瘀的功效。苯酞内酯类成分是当归和川芎中的主要活性成分,通过对当归、川芎中苯酞类成分的共异性分析,既可为苯酞类成分的创新药物开发提供依据,亦可为当归、川芎的质量控制和临床应用提供依据。

The phthalides comparison between Angelica Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma and the major common phthalides research process in vivo
Abstract:Phthalides are majorly present in umbelliferae plants. Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui, DG) and Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, CX) both belong to umbelliferae plants. The compatibility of DG and CX could increase the nourishing and promoting blood effects. Phthalides are major active components both in DG and CX. The comparison analysis of phthalides between DG and CX could not only provide basis for innovative drug development, also provide reference for the quality control and clinical application of DG and CX.
