照山白花水溶性成分研究

摘要:目的 研究照山白Rhododendron micranthum花的水溶性成分。方法 通过反复硅胶、ODS以及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱的方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从照山白花95%乙醇提取物的水溶性部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,5-二羟基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(phlorin,1)、对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷(p-hydroxybenzoic acid glucoside,2)、4-羟甲基-2,6-二甲氧基苄基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4-hydroxymethyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3)、4,6-二羟基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-苯乙酮(myrciaphenone A,4)、4-甲氧基-6-羟基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-苯乙酮(domesticoside,5)、2,6-二羟基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-苯乙酮(phloracetophenone 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)、苄基葡萄糖苷(benzyl glucoside,7)、桂皮醇葡萄糖苷(rosin,8)、东莨菪苷(scopolin,9)、山奈酚-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷(juglalin,10)和(+)-catechin 5,3'-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从照山白中分离得到,其中化合物1~3、5、8、10和11为首次从杜鹃花属植物中分离得到。

Water soluble chemical constituents from flowers of Rhododendron micranthum
Abstract:Objective To study the water soluble chemical constituents from the flowers of Rhododendron micranthum. Methods The compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analyses. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as phlorin (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid glucoside (2), 4-hydroxymethyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), myrciaphenone A (4), domesticoside (5), phloracetophenone 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), benzyl glucoside (7), rosin (8), scopolin (9), juglalin (10), and (+)-catechin 5,3'-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11). Conclusion All of these compounds are isolated from R. micranthum for the first time, and compounds 1~3, 5, 8, 10 and 11 are firstly isolated from the plants of Rhododendron.
