两种低阶煤的热解特性及焦油组成分析

摘要:本文选用呼伦贝尔褐煤和神东长焰煤两种低阶煤为研究对象。采用热重及固定床反应器研究了两种煤的热解特性,并用凝胶色谱和同步荧光光谱分析了煤焦油重质组分的组成。结果表明,呼伦贝尔褐煤的热失重量和最大失重速率均大于神东长焰煤,初始失重温度较低为325 ℃。神东煤的半焦和焦油产率较高分别为77.1 wt%和6.6 wt%,呼伦贝尔煤半焦和焦油的产率分别为69.8 wt%和5.2 wt%,热解水和气体产率分别高达9.9 wt%和15.2 wt%。两种煤焦油的重质组分的分子量在4150 amu-127 amu之间,以4-5环的芳香结构为主。

Pyrolysis characteristics of two low rank and composition of the tar
Abstract:In this paper, pyrolysis characteristics of Hulun Beir lignite and Shendong long flame coal were investigated by TG and flash pyrolysis on a fixed bed reactor with nitrogen as atmosphere. The composition of hexane-insoluble of tar were analyzed by gel permation chromatography and synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy with wavelengh diffrence of 14 nm. The results showed that the thermal weight loss and maximum weight loss rate of Hulun Beir are larger than Shendong, however, the initial pyrolysis temperature is lower. And char and tar yield of Shendong long flame coal was 77.1 wt% and 6.6 wt%, respectively. The yield of char and tar from Hulun Beir were lower than Shengdong, was 69.8 wt% and 5.2 wt%. The pyrolysis water and gas is as high as 9.9 wt% and 15.2 wt%, respectively. The molecular weight distribution of the hexane-insoluble of tar from two coals were between 4150 amu to 127 amu, was mainly composed of 4-5 rings aromatics.
