新型工质HFE-7000和HFE-7100黏度实验研究

摘要:随着欧盟F-Gas 法规的颁订,传统的CFCs和HCFCs型制冷剂由于其过高的GWP值会对全球环境造成破坏,导致臭氧层空洞和全球变暖,逐渐被人们所淘汰,所以寻找新型环保制冷工质迫在眉睫。HFEs由于其ODP为零,目前被看作新型替代制冷剂。高精度的热物理性质是制冷工质系统设计与效率分析的基础。本文主要对两种新型制冷工质HFE-7000和HFE-7100的黏度进行了实验研究,采用方法为振动弦法。温度范围HFE-7000为243 K到363 K,HFE-7100为253 K到363 K,压力从饱和压力到30 MPa。实验测量结果的扩展不确定度为±2.0 %。

Viscosity Measurements for Two New Working Fluids of HFE-7000 and HFE-7100
Abstract:Regarding the F-gas regulation in Europe, the traditional refrigerants with high global warming potential (GWP) will be phased out for its damages to the global enviroment, which has stimulated research to find alternative fluids. Recently, HFEs is regarded as new substitute refrigerants for its ODP being zero. Accurate thermophysical properties will be essential to design and develop efficient processes that use these compounds. In this work, the viscosity measurements for HFE-7000 at temperatures between (243 to 373) K and HFE-7100 at temperatures between (253 to 373) K were carried out from saturated pressures up to 30 MPa. The viscosity was measured using a vibrating-wire viscometer with a combined expanded uncertainty of about 2.0 %.
