猪传染性胃肠炎病毒感染对ST细胞免疫相关细胞因子转录的影响

摘要:为了解猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)感染后引起宿主相关细胞因子的变化,探讨宿主-病毒之间的相互作用关系,本试验运用荧光定量PCR技术,测定和分析TGEV感染ST细胞引起的病毒RNA量的变化和细胞因子IL-2、IL-6和IL-12的转录水平。结果显示,TGEV感染ST细胞12 h病毒开始增殖,48 h达到峰值;TGEV感染后可引起ST细胞中IL-2和IL-6的转录量显著增加,IL-12前期显著增加而后降低。猪传染性胃肠炎病毒感染可引起ST细胞免疫相关因子转录增加。

Effects ofTransmissible Gastroenteritis Virus Effects on mRNA transcript levels of immune related cytokines inST cells during Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus infection
Abstract:In order to survey the host inflammatory responses,particularly the antiviral cytokines responses of Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus(TGEV)infection,and to investigate the host TGEV interaction,Swine Testicular cells(ST)were infected by TGEV. Then the viral RNA was measured and analyzed using Real-time PCR. The transcript 1evel of cytokines(IL-2、IL-6 and IL-12)were detected by Real-time PCR too. The results showed that TGEV proliferated in ST cell at 12 hours after infection,and reached peak at 48 hours after infection;the transcription levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were increased obviously,IL-12 was increased obviously at first and then decreased. The results revealed that the level of immune cytokines increased in TGEV infected ST cell.
