摘要:本文研究了Co取代Ni对高Mn含量Ni50Mn40Sn10合金相变和磁性能的影响规律。揭示了Co元素添加对Ni50-xCoxMn40Sn10(x=2-10)合金微观组织、相变温度和磁性能的影响规律。建立了反映相变次序与Co含量之间关系的Ni50-xCoxMn40Sn10(x=2-10)合金相图。根据马氏体相变温度与居里温度之间的相互关系,发现两种完全不同的相变方式。当2≤x≤4时,相变次序为从反铁磁马氏体到顺磁奥氏体,相变过程中没有宏观磁性变化。

The phase transformation and magnetic properties of Ni50-xCoxMn40Sn10 alloy
Abstract:The pahse transformation and magnetic properties of Co-doped Mn-rich Ni50Mn40Sn10 were studied. The effect of Co addition on the microstructure, pahse transformation temperatures and magnetic properties of the Ni50Mn40Sn10 alloys were revealed. Phase diagram reflecting the effect was established. According to the relationship between the martensitic transformation temperatures and magnetic transition temperature, two kinds of quite different phase transformation sequences were found.
