基于ABAQUS的震损可替换钢连梁抗震性能研究

摘要:为适应高层建筑工业化的不断发展,提出一种震损可替换钢连梁构造。采用ABAQUS建立了构件的有限元模型并基于已有试验数据进行了验证。通过与RC连梁的对比,证明了钢连梁性能的优越性,该连梁具有良好的抗震性能、便于装配、灾损可更换和回收利用等优点。在模型验证基础上研究了弹性段长度、摩擦端板厚度、螺栓布置以及腹板开洞对可替换钢连梁抗震性能的影响,提出了建议构造。本文内容可为高层建筑的工业化生产和震后快速修复提供借鉴。

Simulative Study on the Seismic Behavior of Replaceable Steel Coupling Beams
Abstract:A new type of replaceable steel coupling beam was proposed. The FEM model of both steel beams and traditional RC coupling beams was established with ABAQUS and verified with existing test results. Based on the comparison with RC coupling beams, the superiority of the replaceable steel coupling beams was validated. The coupling beam has the advantages of good seismic performance, convenient assembly technology, replacement after disaster and recycling. The effect of the length of the elastic portion, the thickness of the end plate, the layout of the high-strength steel bolts, and the dimension of the diamond hole on the steel web to the seismic performance of the replaceable steel coupling beams was studied based on the FEM method. Some details for the design and construction of the steel coupling beams were proposed. This paper can be referenced for the industrialization and rapid rehabilitation of high-rise buildings.
