金纳米粒子的DNA修饰与暗场显微成像

摘要:制备了金纳米粒子并对其进行DN修饰过程初步研究。利用暗场显微成像技术对分散于玻璃片表面的金纳米颗粒进行了成像,并观察了单个金纳米颗粒的散射光谱。为此我们还开发了一种将金纳米粒子固定在到载玻片表面的新方法,为后续的研究提供了一定帮助。

Dark Field Imaging of DNA Modified Gold Nanoparticles
Abstract:Gold nanoparticles were fabricated and the modification of DNA on the gold nanoparticles was studied. Then, dark field microscopy was used to image sigle dispersed gold nanoparticles and the scattering spectrum of gold nanoparticle was also obtained. We also developed a noval method for immobilizing gold nanoparticles on slide glass, which provide facility for futher study.
